2019 EWS Season Highlights from the COMMENCAL VALLNORD Enduro Team
The 2019 EWS race season is now finished, and the SPANK sponsored COMMENCAL VALLNORD Enduro Team has made a huge impact again for SPANK.
The team has been racing exclusively on SPANK wheels providing direct feedback, from the top level of the sport. Their wheels of choice?
In the front, they've been running the 28H, SPANK 350 wheel (non-Vibrocore version) with the 28H SPANK 350 Vibrocore™ rear wheel.
Both Cedric Ravanel (Masters) and Antoine Vidal (u21) WON THE OVERALL TITLES FOR 2019. Antoine Vidal won 4 out of the 5 Stages of the race which put him straight into the first place for this last round! He already knew he had won the overall but it was so good to see him fighting until the end! After taking the Silver Medal in the DH World Championship, being the best Enduro rider in the U21 is pretty amazing and we're really proud of him!
Cédric Ravanel knew he had to win this last round to be sure to win the overall and he pushed hard in order to get it done! This is a first for Cédric is winning the Masters championships and everyone was stoked for him.
Cécile Ravanel has been sidelined for the majority of the season due to injury, but was super stoked for her teammates. Going the extra mile, she was present at the races, even putting in time in practice, while focusing on her recovery.
