SPANK Industries offers a simple 90 Day Return Policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your web order from SPANK Industries for a full refund within 90 days of the purchase date.

The returned items must be unworn, unused, and un-mounted in original packaging. An RMA # is required for all returned items.

To process a return with SPANK Industries simply click the "Start Return" button at the top of the page. SPANK Industries offers a self-service return portal which has an option to purchase a return shipping label at a flat rate of $9 USD. This is optional if you choose to return your item using our shipping method.

Or, email support@spank-ind.com, provide your order number, and the item(s) you would like to return and our returns department will provide additional instructions and begin your returns process with you.

Exchanges are simple with SPANK Industries. Simply return and repurchase your desired item. This ensures the item you would like in exchange is not sold while your return is in transit and gets you riding quicker.

Please note that International orders do not qualify for a refund of duties and taxes that may have been applied during the initial shipment of your order.  SPANK Industries will apply a restocking fee and/or has the right to refuse any returned item(s) if used, worn, or mounted. A return will not be accepted without an RMA #.
